CONCH SALAD
Conch is large sea snail. Used in Bahamas. I love this really fresh and healthy salad Recipe is for two conchs. Clean all the colored stuff of the conch. Put the snails in food processor and chop fine. Add juice of one lime, one lemon and one orange. Chop 1/2 red or green pepper, half yellow onion and two small tomatoes. One small hot pepper,salt and pepper to taste, mix. Serves two for dinner or lunch or 4 for appetizer.

We are in Bahamas.
After three miserable days and two nights in 10' seas, we made it to West End Great Bahama island. I could not be happier.
