Spinach puff

I do not bother with making the dough. I buy puff pastry and follow the recipe. For the spinach:
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 large yellow onion
1 package of frozen chopped spinach
4 cloves of garlic(mashed with salt and pepper)
1 cube of chicken broth Knorr
1 egg
1 rue make from butter and flour

Put chopped onion on olive oil and let cook until it is opaque, add spinach and cube of soup, cook until  it reduces liquid. Meanwhile make rue from 2 tbsp of unsalted butter and 2 tbsp of all purpose flower. Cook until tan color. When all the liquid is evaporated add egg and garlic and cook until the egg is done.

You can use spinach with various things. Cook wide egg noodles. When done put melted butter on noodles and serve with spinach. You can use it as I did and put in puff pastry and bake. 350 F for about 50 min.(according to your oven???)
